Production Manager

Test System seeks experienced Production Managers and Production Team Leaders for dynamic roles across the Food, Beverage and allied FMCG Manufacturing Industries.

We are looking for candidates with a diverse skill set, encompassing the following experience, skills, and attributes:

• Minimum 2 years' relevant Food/FMCG manufacturing experience.
• Leadership skills to motivate and engage production teams.
• Experience leveraging KPI data for performance improvement.
• Good knowledge of best-in-class manufacturing standards.
• Track record of developing a lean culture and using Continuous Improvement tools.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Results-focused with a hands-on management style.
